| Details: | Precast concrete slab worker was working at the edge of an unguarded floor opening where the worker fell backward 12 feet down onto the basement concrete slab. Worker sustained mulriple injuries, fractured ribs on both sides, ruptured spleen, internal bleeding and other spinal injuries being investigated. |
