Details
A worksite was fumigated and the fumigation company left behind some spray for the workers to use themselves. A worker sprayed the aerosol can, which contained .5% Pyrethrins, 4% Piteronyl Butoxide and RD606. The workers were not provided with an MSDS sheet. After spraying the can, one worker reacted to the fumes with hives, trouble breathing, coughing, headaches and eye irritation.
