A patron was escorted from a hotel for causing a disturbance. A worker was outside at the time and the patron took a swing, hitting the worker in the jaw causing ligament damage and bruising.

New Workplace Safety and Health Regulations Effective February 1, 2011

The Workplace Safety and Health Regulation is changing to include new requirements to protect workers from psychological harassment in the workplace. The new provisions will address psychological harassment, such as intimidation, bullying and humiliation.
