  • Committee Processes Toolbox Effective committees do their work in the time allowed, fulfil all their responsibilities and keep track of their progress. Individual members also need the time required to prepare for meetings and to do other aspects of their “job” as a committee member or rep. To ensure that process is valued and followed during meetings and conversations, an effective committee needs some help or building blocks.
