SAFE for the future
SAFE Workers of Tomorrow is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating students on SAFE work practices and procedures. Their facilitators enter the school system and impact students with speeches, demonstrations and real-life stories on the benefits of SAFE work.
These presentations include information for both students and teachers on:
- True stories of workplace incident, injury and death
- Employment standards
- Student resources
- Training procedures

SWOT News
SWOT is looking for volunteers to join its Speakers Bureau.
More than 200 people across the province already share their
knowledge as part of the Speakers Bureau, which brings together volunteers from
a variety of backgrounds, experiences and industries.
Topics for presentation include hazard recognition and
awareness, working with chemicals, worker rights and responsibilities,
supervisor rights and responsibilities and how to report or deal with the aftermath
of a workplace injury.
