Province launches family violence initiative

The Workplace Initiative to Support Employees (WISE) on Family Violence tool was today introduced by Family Services and Housing Minister Gord MacIntosh and Labour and Immigration Minister Nancy Allan, who is also responsible for the status of women.

Regulation Review: Part 9

The term working alone refers to any time someone is the lone worker for an employer at a given workplace at a given time and is not directly supervised by the employer or another designated supervisor.

Working alone requires specific precautions and procedures. These are detailed in Regulation Part 9.
